Welcome to CleanSky ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.
CleanSky is a weather information app. Weather data is provided by Apple WeatherKit and is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather data. Do not rely solely on the App for safety-critical decisions.
CleanSky offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.
All content, design, and code in CleanSky are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate weather information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
