CleanSky ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

Location Data: The App uses your device location to provide local weather forecasts. Location data is sent to Apple WeatherKit to fetch weather information and is not stored on our servers.

Preferences: Your settings (units, notification preferences, theme) are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults.

Authentication: If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID user identifier and optional name/email. This is stored locally on your device.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not use third-party tracking or advertising SDKs
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties
• We do not store your location history

3. Third-Party Services

Apple WeatherKit: Weather data is provided by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to their processing of location data for weather services.

RevenueCat: Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes purchase data in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Data Storage

All user data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate backend servers that store your personal information.

5. Data Deletion

To delete all app data, simply uninstall CleanSky from your device. All locally stored data will be removed.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
